Hey guys,

Since Amazon US changed there way from contacting Seller Performance for reinstate your listing into the appeal process with Seller Central.
Since that I'm having a very hard time even with 100% genius invoices to get approval or to get my listing reinstate.

Does any one has the same issue or any tips for me?

I also highlight my ASINs on the invoice but even that doesn't help. Now they also dont give you any answers why it is not working.

Are you opening unique case logs for each issue?

Yes and sometimes within the first 10 to 30 min it is getting declined. But no reason given. And the invoice are genuine and were working always.

Or do you mean with case logs that I contact the seller support?

Invoices should be in proper format with all the supplier information name address website phone no etc

Invoices now have to show the exact product you are applying for. Just the brand itself is not good enough. Took me 3 times for a particular brand.
The hoops are getting numerous these days, even with accounts that are 7+ years old.

Yes the exact product name is on the invoice and the brand/ manufacturer informations are also visible and correct. However, they are declined within a couple of hours.
All requested infos are on the invoices and can be verified but will declined within the first hours.

It looks like even if you have perfect invoices there is a big chance you will run into issues nowadays
