Default Add a product issues

Has anyone had issues with Add A Product in Canada lately? Added 2 items last week and followed through with FBA shipment straight from the add. The shipment went into FBA and straight into Stranded as the 2 listings never showed in our inventory file. Tried to relist, add a product (FBA and FBM) and they still will not show in inventory.
Today, 6 out of 7 I added never showed into inventory. All products showed as being available in AZ catalogue and no restrictions to add them.

Have tried everything I know of to list except an excel file (have never submitted one before). As usual, Support has not been able to help. Thinking it's a glitch on their end.

So you added an asin to your inventory, everything is good then you did inventory restock and sent items to their FBA . And during that time your items became stranded?

THe items haven't arrived in the FBA warehouse yet?

Used Add A Product to list. After you "add" the product it automatically takes you to the FBA shipping interface, and that's what we used to send in the inventory to FBA.

The issue is, these 2 items NEVER made it onto our Inventory File (page). They did not, and continue to, not show up on the inventory page.

Now these items are FBA.

Seller support has said to relist these items with a new ASIN. How the hell can you list a new asin for one that already exists on that UPC (without cheating the system)?

Are you able to go to the "Fix stranded inventory" page and list your product from there?

There is a button on the right hand side, you can try relisting it from there.

It can take up to a month nowadays for your FBA to be checked in ... depending on how slow they are.

It's there, but does not work. Usually relist with matching SKU works, but not for these.
Even trying to list as FBM doesn't work. They will not show up in inventory (and they are brands we already sell and are in the AZ catalogue).

These 2 SKU's are checked in, then went straight to stranded as there is no matching listing.
No matter how we try to list these items (FBA or FBM) they will not show up.

The add a product works, then dangerous goods update works, but they do not show up in inventory.
