Getting ungated on Amazon:DVD CATEGORY

I have stayed away from Amazon for about 3 years now since they suspended all 6 of my stores and kept over 30k in funds that i was owed. But too much profit to be had so i'm jumping in again. I am about to buy a new store but i need ungating in DVD's anyone has any advice?
