Account caught verifying identity step 2
 

Everyone, help me, I have set up a genuine amz account, passed step 1 of identity verification, but amz forced me to verify the address in next .I ⊗⊗⊗⊗d the water bill with my name I was rejected by amazon, because my electricity bill is in my grandfather's name, I separated the household registration book, so I don't know how to prove the relationship with the householder, now is there a way to verify the address without any real documents.

If it's a real account then provide real docs.

Once Amazon smell a rat and suspect you're providing doctored paperwork you'll never get past them with anything but real, and potentially verifiable, papers.

Verify address by giving them docs or are they sending a postcard?

Either way, you should be ok. Your granpa has the same last name as you?

Not with the same last name, but because I have f4ked the water bill before, so now I can't submit the real bill, will be detected by amz, is it possible to create a new account with all the f4ke information?

they're not going to accept info that doesn't match unless the rep is lazy and approves it without looking

you'll have to submit other stuff with the name and address registered matching

This is the way to make new accounts.
