Creating another account after new account got suspended?
 

Hey guys,
So I created an amazon seller account and provided my ID number, docs, etc.

My account got created but then I instantly received an email about my account is suspended and they need more docs like utility bill, internet service, mobile phone bill.

I provided all the docs and Amazon refused them, I've done it like 6 times and they stopped replying to my appeals.

They also charged me 39.99$

I want to create an account on Amazon and start selling there.

Do you guys have any suggestions like, delete the account and re-create another with different phone number and different email address, different credit card and different home address? But it must be on my name.

If it's still possible to activate my account, please let me know.

Or should I open a company account?

Could you guys please help? I'm so lost.

You failed verification and you only get limited chances, account is gone including the the detail you used, you cant use same info for new account even for company it will be closed

Damn. What are the possibilites? Is there another way to create another account for myself with my name? Or create a company?

When I created my account, I provided my ID Card scan, National ID number, bank statement docs etc.

I can provide different docs to them but if i use the same ID card and same National ID number, do you think it would work?

To me Amazon Stealth will be risky in long term.. So I really want to create a new account on my name. Any suggestions?

Yes you can try passport, and it may work or they may link you with your name and date of birth,

You can't use same ID card if you do it's 100% linked due to ID card no

Hey man I’m very thankful for all the responses. So I will try to create another account with Passport or Driver License.

Is there any way to delete this account permanently? I tried to close the account in seller central section but it does not allow me to. They want you to activate the account first then you’ll be able to delete.

Any ideas?

Hello. What do you mean by stealth details? All the information I provided to them are real docs on my name but they didnt accept any of them. This is weird.

Correct. Only thing is it’s Turkish address and it’s my real address. Same for docs.

does turkish address mean you registered it on amazon or was it a real UK address you have?

No nothing is UK. I’m from Turkey and my address was a TR address. My real TR address was registered there.

ok , your flag is somewhat misleading. as far as turkey is concerned there is the same issue that many sellers have on ebay MP right now , the same issue has been running on amazon for a while

They consider certain countries as high risk so that you can easily get rejected with completely genuine docs. The main reason is that they are unable to verify anything from there and at the same time there is a history of people doing shady things. eventually genuine docs can only be genuine if they can be verified otherwise there is no difference between real and stealth , at least in the eyes of amazon , ebay and some others
