I just went to 1.60 ODR.

Is it safe to say Amazon will automatically put my account in review or not always?

I dont know how the buyer was able to do it but they never contacted me and they put in an A-Z claim.

It's really on your account, how solid it is, try to reduce it by selling more and more cheap items to Bring it back under 1%

Not always guaranteed a review - but if its your first issue you'll likely be fine with a well worded POA and better account metrics in the future

A simple algorithm to align the ODR:

1. Join the listing of any bestseller and put the price at $-1 from the current price.
2. When a customer has bought a product from you, buy in the same listing.
3. Do 20-30 sales like this until you align the ODR.

Bestseller price must be under $10
