Editing info on the listing
 

During this new blitz on toys requiring the CPC and testing reports submission, AZ has gotten really picky.
Newest request is to update the listing Age requirement to match the test.
How the hell do we do this when the listing will not update itself due to the fact that we cannot get the update to take using the edit button. Seems like it is blocked from updates as we are not the "creator" of the listing (brand name toys).
Anyone have any luck getting past this point?

They've always been very difficult on regular items and even more so difficult on specific stuff like chemicals, toys , etc

Highly unlikely they'll allow a simple update via seller central editing.

It can be done, you need to open a case with seller support. You will be expected to provide fairly robust evidence and manufacturer supporting docs to get any changed made.
