PLC Guide for second account

A Commonly asked question so please can the experts put a rough outline (not definite guide!) of the how to avoid being linked when opening a new PLC/Ltd company for the benefit of the forum member, thank you so much!

I mean stuff like:
1. Will they ask for Directors details for amazon?
2. Can the banned person be a director of company but put down another persons name on the amazon account as they allow this but will they realise when they ask for articles of association etc?

Easy answer. Makes sure EVERY SINGLE DETAIL is different from your banned account and there are ABSOLUTELY NO SHARED details.

with a company account you must reveal all directors and beneficiaries. I am sure amazon would check the company database as well. if any are already known in a negative way you risk being suspended

by law they are obliged to check all persons having significant control over the company
