You're currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit card on file is invalid or the credit card is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Please ensure that you have a valid credit card uploaded in Account Settings.
Issue has been ongoing for several months (changing cc details).Contacted customer support numerous times and they insist it is something to do with credit card. However, I recently got a card from the marketplace seller and it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions? Thanks |

If you get one from the marketplace, wait 24-48 hours and it should work
Unless you have fees they are trying to charge to the card and you don't have enough balance on the card to cover the fees. Check the transaction view in the payment tab to see if you have a balance. You can also check the emails from amazon, they always send emails when you have fees/balance due |

Was only connected with Printful a year ago, and no products were uploaded nor any fees incurred. They only charged me for the first month for pro subscription last year and thats it.
I looked up Amazon forums and one person mentioned that they had the same issue and it turns out there was some setting that Amazon itself had to change for some reason (this was done by 2nd or 3rd line support as I understand)
Don't want to burn anymore cards. |

The account became active after the subscription fee of 39.99 was debited from the card.
The next day, the account became fully operational. |
