Documents to unlink amazon Account

Recently had my friend's account get linked with my old amazon account.

Our possible culprit could have been Shipstation Third-party app or an IP leak.

We found that ship station was adding my home address to the official business registered address on his account when we would print the labels as I used that address for returns.

I removed my address using amazon.com and disabled shipstation completely.

I manage his shipments using Shipstation on a different user account on my mac book pro 2019 BIG SUR OS.

Has anybody had success appealing a linked account with real information?

Which utility bills worked for you?


Since my friend's name, phone, address, bank, ssn is all different from my old amazon account, I'm hoping we can recover his account.

Yes, accounts can be reinstated.
Call Amazon and clarify the reason for the relationship, they usually say it after 2-3 calls.
Write an appeal based on the reason for the suspension of your account.
