Transferring Account to a US Tax ID

I have an account registered outside the US without a US Tax ID.
I would like to transfer it to a US Tax ID business.
How can I do this without the account getting suspended?

Instead of transferring... why not make a new USA account instead?

I am selling the Amazon account. The account is not registered in the US.
The potential buyer wants to transfer it to his US Tax ID

Change the data in the Legal Entity and enter your new data there now

How do I do this without the account getting banned? should i open a case first?

Either way there's always a risk in getting banned. If you don't make a case first they'll assume the account is hijacked, if you do contact them first it's another story.

The better way is contact them then expect your buyer to provide his documents when asked.
