How can i create a new amazon account (prev one suspensed) by using my own identity, using passport this time rather than drivers licence if I had to

If all the info is the same, you can't. You will get linked.

People do create 2 accounts for themselves but they often get linked

Even if you use a variation of your name, your DOB is still the same

But if everything else is different and you're good about not linking, you can do it

It's easier to buy a ready-made Seller account for another name
