3 Accounts were suspended due to related to another stranger account.
 

Recently 3 of my accounts had been suspended which related to the same account that I do not recognize. I contacted amazon and get reply:

Risky Relations Email Bulk Enforcement: The seller has been confirmed as strongly related to a blocked or frauded seller by email.

Does this mean I send similar emails to my customers and result in this link ?
Any advice will be appreciated.

They have very strong linkage between your accounts, how old is your accounts

Something must trigger, they have strong link maybe logged in on same pc ip etc

if multiple got linked to same unknown shop, it was probably not an error

What is your computer/IP setup for each shop?

Amazon has instructions for employees on how to define relationships between accounts.

This manual says that strong related are:
- Same Email Address
- Tax ID
- Automated Clearing House (ACH)
- Credit Card (CC)
- Registered Phone Number (R-PH)
- IP address
- Fingerprint
- Business Adress

Think about where there might be intersections with another account.
