Amazon to Amazon

Amazon to Amazon flips

I currently have a stealth selling account. I would like to create an Amazon account for buying, for Amazon to Amazon flip.

Question 1. Should the new business buying account have the same information as the Stealth account, incase if Amazon ever asks for invoice?

Question 2. Can I sign-in/log-in to the buying account for a different IP address or a different laptop or will it have to be the same as the stealth account.

Anything else I should look out for?
