Questions for creating new Amazon seller account

Hi, sorry if this topic had been discussed. I did some search, but couldn't find the answer. And failed to purchase Amazon Ghost.

My questions:

1, Does IPBurger's Fresh Dedicated IP work for creating new Amazon seller account? Or residential IP is necessary?

2, Does Google Voice still work for new Amazon seller account verification?

I just used Google voice about 2 weeks ago with no problem.

Residential IP is better for account creations.

2SV means two steps verification? You can always receive PIN numbers through Google Voice, or even disable the 2SV.

1. Fresh Dedicated IP is STATIC, it doesn’t change every now and then.
2. I don’t live in the USA and couldn’t get real phone numbers.

Any residential IPs work

Avoid VOIP though you'll want a mobile #, like a prepaid phone
