It depends on the reason for suspension - in your case you would have to escalate/arbitration

I've hired an attorney and tried escalating and going through arbitration with a stealth account.

Amazon lawyers found out it was stealth right away and started asking my attorney questions so I just dropped it.

Their attorneys are very aggressive and will fight it out

It was also a suspension for copyright complaint with over 100k in Amazon account.

One a more serious note, Amazon updated their policy to permanently withhold funds from sellers after suspension if they’re unable to fight counterfeit or copyright claims. A few years ago (2018 or before), all you had to do was wait 90 days to get funds after your account has been suspended but now another team has to investigate after 90 days before they can release the payment to you.
