Has anyone had Amazon add mobile apps order to their account without them knowing
 

last week I bought an Amazon firestick, I only use it to watch Youtube and Netflix. But I notice it shows recently used apps, Netflix, Youtube and BBC iPlayer. I dont have a BBC iplayer account nor have I ever logged into an iplayer account. When I click on it, it says Now you need to log in. I dont want anything to do with that app. So I deleted the app in Firestick and on my Amazon account, it shows it as a ''mobile app''. That was about a week ago, then just yesterday I see that they added it again, this time also an order, when I go into my Amazon account it shows an ''Order'' for BBC iplayer for £0.00 aswel as another app for £0.00. I dont remember ordering anything. I dont even have a BBC iplayer account. So what is Amazon up too? They sometimes also add other ''mobile'' apps that I have no interest in. I have to go into Firestick and delete the app and just today I relized I can delete it from cloud, so maybe that will prevent it from popping up again. Has anyone else had this issue?

Not me, but deleting it from cloud and disabling auto add should do the trick.

If not, amazon support can help with that perhaps?

Yes just delete from the cloud. (I know I am a bit late)
Order just means it was downloaded at some point.
But BBC is a virus so treat it like one an remove it
