Seller central account hacked. Best way to get back?
Hey guys!
I was using a VPS for my seller central account and it looks like somebody hacked it and changed the email I use to login and now I can't login. Has anybody ever experienced this before? Is there a way to get my account back? I've already emailed seller central support and they're telling me to email them from my seller central account email.
Please lmk if you guys have any ideas.
Thanks guys!

So the only way is to call them and get them to reset everything by giving them your passport or DL .
Re: Seller central account hacked. Best way to get back?
Thanks for your response! Do you know any number I can call? The numbers I found over the internet couldn't help me.
I was using a VPS cause I already have an Amazon seller central account on my computer (got the 2nd dropshipping violation resulting in FBM suspension).
Are your items still up for sale? I wonder if you actually got hacked or your account has been banned/suspended by AZ - AZ deleting accounts often results in e-mail/pw not working to log into the account...

Hi, thank you.
So it's an account I bought off of flippa. It had a private label product listed as fba, but I don't see any products listed on the account now when I view the storefront.

You wrote "got the 2nd dropshipping violation resulting in FBM suspension" - it is possible that Amazon simply deleted the account without letting you knoq

Well once the person doesn’t know your previous bank acc number, they cannot add a different acc to it and withdraw ur money and they certainly cannot sell either because that money will still be deposited to acc… it’s a waste of time for them. Only that you just lost your account

Thanks for the responses guys!
What happened was when I made too many changes to the account (including the main email), amazon flagged it as suspicious and reverted the changes. They sent an email to the main email which I did not have access to, so I had to get access to it from the buyer.

Logging in to seller account with VPN is fine. I use socks sometimes with a vpn, the only difference is speed, it might slow down because your connecting to multiple places to get to your destination.
As for hacked account, if you have attached SMS verification, try to get the code from there.
