Default Account passed verification but still deactivated?

Stealth account opened as individual seller but (after sales increased) got the usual email asking to change legal entity and register as a sole trader.

Ok no problem. Submitted the documents one after the other and eventually got the email... "Good news! Your Selling on Amazon payment account has been activated."

However, my account is still showing as 'deactivated' when i log in. Listings were active but still showing as 'currently unavailable'. The are no further steps highlighted in red in the account page. I can not disburse funds.

Is this unusual? In the past that email has been the green light to continue. Would they be looking further into verification of documents or did someone forget to reactivate the account?

Give it 24-48 hours, if it still has an issue after that try reaching out to support

Should be an easy fix on their end

This is deactivated from seller performance team both are separate teams the account passed from identity team not seller performance

Good luck very less chances though

Yeah, that's a worry. My metrics are perfect apart from valid tracking rate which never seems to register properly when you use franking/stamps.

They still haven't replied which suggests it isn't a mistake on their part.
If they don't like what i'm selling they won't be in a rush to get back to me and they will hold the funds.
They are suspiciously quiet right now.

Just to give an update on this situation.

I got my account back after about a week. I had messaged Account Health and they replied to say to wait for verification to finish. I'm not sure if this speeded things up...probably not is my guess?

I did use this time to tinker with my listings though. Anything i thought might come under scrutiny i adjusted. Easy enough to change pics but titles can only be changed with some care.
I found i could delete parts easily enough. If changing big chunks of the title i'd need to copy, paste and confirm quickly before the page picked up the differences and say it didn't match the UPC/GTIN/EAN.

I'm not sure if verification can sometimes mean checking your listings? I thought i'd play it safe given i wanted to keep the account going and get disbursement.
