Amazon account suspended for using debit card
 

I just received this email:

Any idea on what I should do?

It is a stealth account with my real card on the account. Account has been active since 2015

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed and pending orders have been canceled.

Why is this happening? We have taken this measure because information available to us indicates that we are unable to verify how did you acquire your goods and the payment method used. Please review Amazon’s policy regarding the Amazon Seller Code of Conduct

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I highly doubt this happened because of a debit card you used.
Sounds like theyre having issues with what youre selling.

I've been selling a particular brand without any issues. That's all I sell and have never had complaints from customers and no chargebacks, etc. Just a few complaints now and then for late delivery mainly.

The last invoice I submitted for this was some time last year.

The bank I use for withdrawals is Payoneer.

I'm really not sure what happened.

I just tried to login and it looks like they have frozen the account. Can't login.

Sounds like a brand owner or competitor started flagging your listings

If you have legit invoices to back up the sales, just appeal with the information and you should be reinstated if all looks good

This was also part of the email:

Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation. Your explanation should include the following information:
-- Evidence or examples that demonstrate your authorization to use the credit card on file in your account.
-- Evidence or examples that demonstrate your authorization to sell xxxx items. Specifically, ASINs xxxx and xxxx.

I should have put this up in my original post.

I sell about 100 ASINs from this brand.

no , this is because your payoneer is not registered in the same details as amazon , payoneer exchange information with amazon

amazon have accessed the payoneer database , compared your details and kicked you out

...Even if I opened a new "store" for the Amazon account on Payoneer and entered the stealth name and details to get a new checking account?

payoneer account name and all personal details must be a 100% match to amazon , it also goes further , payoneer would let amazon know about any other accounts you have with them under the same details

amazon accept highstreet banks and certain payment providers. all payment providers have to sign an information exchange agreement with amazon so that all your personal details from payoneer , worldfirst , pingpong and others will be available to amazon incl. all accounts numbers you hold with them and transactions details
