Amazon Invoice Request Question

Amazon closed one of my asin which I sold more then 1000 over the last 9 months because of 1 customer authenticity complains. I have invoices from my supplier I just wanted to ask do I need to write something like POA. I'm selling on amazon for 3 years. I never got asked for invoice this reason I don't want to do something wrong. My account didn't suspended just listing got inactive.

Just that particular ASIN is deactivated?

What are they asking from you?

In marketplace, there are services for appeals

Well worded POA + invoice to restore access to the ASIN

if they didn't suspend, then your shop is fine, you just can't sell that ASIN until you prove authenticity
