How to restore an amazon account

My Amazon sellers account was suspended more than 5 years ago because of business IDs and other personal documents.

Do you think I can revive the same account today by supplying that documents or would you recommend that I make a different account?

I am hoping that I can overturn the suspension and do not wish to make a new account because the business is a limited company which has been registered for more than 10yrs.

If the shop is otherwise fine and has history/sales, wouldn't hurt to first try to recover it :)
