Need to change information on tax interview - is there a risk for reverification

I need to change the information on my tax interview to a completely different country, how much is the risk for reverification here and what would be the best way to do it?

Should I add the address to my account first as a shipping address and then wait a week while making no changes to the account and also let customer support about the change?
