First 2 Accounts closed due to Valid Tracking Rate-
 

So if Amazon was not being a pain in the butt already this quarter, just picked up on 2 of my accounts that stopped receiving orders-
Message basically reads
" Your seller fulfilled listings have been removed due to low VTR send an appeal to reinstate listings"

I was under the impression that selecting Royal Mail stamps/and franking meant we were exempt but it appears not the case.

Any way will send an appeal highlighting the parts of their policy that means we are exempt and see how it goes.

They have been a total pain when it comes to shipping tracking lately.

It's a little risky about talking back to them, but I don't think it'll hurt.
If it doesn't work you should tell them that you're using a different service to rectify the problem and they should reinstate you

Is this the same with EBay, if someone using stamps to send out the items, is he exempt from putting in tracking number and seller performance will not be affected, does ebay allow this?

You need the tracking uploaded onto eBay, also for your own protection.

yeah , i had the same issue, you need to tell them , you will use a different carrier and upload tracking regularly

If someone is using stamps, there is no tracking, can the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking No be uploaded? If uploading tracking is essential?

Apparently the issue is that if the postman does not scan when he delivers and they are not always scanning amazon doe not get the delivery confirmation and your VTR will go down.
Its all a shambles at the moment with royal mail and amazon-
