Would amazon be able to link from same HDD?

Trying to get my computer situated for Amazon so they don't link me to my old account. Would amazon be able to link an account just from using an HDD with the OS installed on it that was used for selling on Amazon? What I mean by that is, would I be able to install another OS, mainly linux mint, alongside windows 10(the OS where I managed my old store) and dual boot on my current laptop HDD?

Fresh OS install would be fine

For multiple on the same PC go with virtual box or Vmware

Thanks. Funds are kinda tight right now so a MacBook would be out of the budget but I do have my ThinkPad that runs Linux. Im guessing IPburger runs on linux but I will double-check.

Just use your old computer, completely reinstall your OS, then grab an IPburger residential IP and you're good to go.
