Missed Call from Amazon
Hi Guys, I got an issue that some of your might have came across and I need some advice here.
I just got my account reverified before New Year and got a payout yesterday, the reason for that suspension is that I was registered as an individual for selling and Amazon said I have chosen the wrong entity and I need to reregister as a sole trader or a LTD. So I spent some time, opened a LTD, submitted all the infos and got verified.
I thought all the things are OK now, but today I got an email from Amzon, saying they have tried to contact me by phone to discuss the status of my account. "Followings quote from the email:
We attempted to reach you by phone to discuss the status of your account.
There are multiple unaddressed policy violations related to your selling account. You will need to appeal these violations within your Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central. The listing and policy violations should be addressed as quickly as possible to ensure there are no disruptions to your selling account.
Why is this happening?
It is your obligation to make sure items sold on Amazon.co.uk adhere to all applicable laws and Amazon’s policies. To see all of the violations on your account refer to your Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central.
What’s next?
Please visit the Account Health page to appeal the entirety of your policy violations. You can find them in the “Product Policy Compliance” section of the Account Health page by visiting the following link: llercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_composite. Your account may continue to sell only when your policy violations have been successfully appealed.

Amazon.co.uk"
I looked into details and this is related to a policy violation of parallel import. This violation was issued longtime ago in Nov and the listing was removed as the action taken by Amazon.
They said "Your account may continue to sell only when your policy violations have been successfully appealed". But right now my account is alive and fully running, so I guess this is a general phrase? So my question is should I call back and discuss with Amazon? Will this bring any unexpected consequences that get my account suspended again? Can I just leave it and not calling back because I am doing dropshipping so the removed listing really don't matter and I can never provide the required documents to appeal it.
