Amazon super slow to respond to anything

Have you all noticed that they are all of a sudden super slow to respond to anything since December?

All my messages to them has been in "pending amazon action"
for over 3 weeks

Well... You can imagine the volume of requests and emails they get. It's understandable.
Not really justified though, they should be prepared, considering the size of their company.
I think it's intentional at times.
