Tax Interview Question

I just got a new account opened with all my wife's information. The final step is the tax interview and I want to put my LLC but have used that info years ago. Does amazon see the tax information or do I need to create another LLC for this account? Or any other suggestions

you gotta create a new LLC for the new account

using any previously used information would get you linked/suspended
