Amazon doesnt charge me subscription fee?

I have new seller account in Professional Plan and selling on it from 3 months but Amazon doesn't charge my credit card or balance for the amount of 39.99

Can someone tell why they are not charging? Do I need to do something about this?

Well in that case keep using free!!

Check your payments view/statement tab when clicking the account balance on sellercentral

You'll see the charge there, it could be getting charged on a different market platform

Never seen a Pro shop not getting charged though

Account is opened and subscribed on Professional Plan on 20 Dec 2021 and today is 28 Jan 2022 and neither credit card or my balance is charged for Service fee of 39.99

The fees are not charged exactly 30 days when you upgrade to pro, it depends on your time schedule of when the shop was created

Most likely you will see the charge within the next 0-2 weeks, but definitely before Feb 28th

Trust me... they do charge you... they don't have the ability to not take money from you
