Amazon removed listing.. plz help
 

Customer complained about item not being original because he couldn't get it to work.

Amazon took the listing down, from 1 complaint out of thousands.. acct is 5 years old.

I used to create invoices and worked to activate the listing again, then that became very hard as they rejected all the invoices I sent them..

The invoices are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but includes biz name, website, address phone etc.. what do I need to do for them to accept my invoices.. any help would be appreciated 🙏

they verify invoices a lot these days

if the company you're using isn't vetted already, they could be looking it up and or calling

check the aspkin service section there's a couple members offering appeal services

Yes plus many more things they check, only way to fix this providing them genuine or genuine looking invoice, if they don't accept your invoice they will also keep your inventory if its in FBA its separate team who going to review the invoice again to release the goods.

They now a days not making calls but now they do send email to company who issued invoice

Last batch of invoices they rejected for us it was because "Purchaser address and information didn't match". So not only they called the company to verify, they actually verified items and shipping address. (Invoices were real, but I had changed the shipping info on them since it was a stealth account)

I just paid one of the highest rated ones on there, just to be told that their invoices also couldn't be verified as they were just photoshopped like my own invoices. So be careful who you hire from the marketplace... make sure you ask exactly what they provide prior to payment.

Well anyone who say this they will help with amazon its scam, appeal service or invoice provider,
The things you can do yourself are much more batter and safer,

Luckily you they not suspended your account due to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices

New here what is the VCC, verified account?

If Amazons asks for verification on a VCC acct, how can you get around it? I believe they do when you make a lot of sales right?
Is there a threshold?

They can ask based on speed of sales too - if you sell too much, too quickly

VCC = credit card.
Verified ACC = ACC that has CC and bank ACC and potentially a doc submitted.

I recommend you browse the forum as well as read the amazon ghost to get yourself acquainted.
