Default Card problem

Went to replace expired debit card with same bank account debit card and was rejected. Tried another bank debit card and rejected as well. I first get this:

Your card was successfully verified in Amazon.co.uk.
Charge method has been updated successfully

And the account is charged, can click into main page, etc. But after second click to main page get the 'Card Invalid' message.
Is account toasted?

account isn't toast you just need to update the VCC

try an international one from the aspkin/service section

Same happened to me. Wouldn't accept any of the ones I tried. It seems they can check the card against the address now.

A real card from the same bank right? Basically a replacement?

The card number is the same , just the exp is different so it should have worked!

Already retried few times. I get always error with one card. With the replacement card I get success but after a few clicks, card invalid.

Never had listings as the original card expired as I was having the id docs approved.

Yes, replacement is real card from the same bank and account but has different card number.

AS I said, I think they check the card against the address now.

I tried 6 different debit cards from multiple banks. It doesn't work

Same issue for me, always used real cards connected to the bank account used, couple of months ago went to update a card and it failed. Have had several accounts now needing new cards, none of my real cards worked so have to agree they are now doing the address match for cards submitted. Di find a work around using Icard- (allows you to create virtual credit cards) but that service has now been stopped for the UK. Will now need to find an alternative card supplier.

Amazon has been messing with their seller charge card system

Noticed issues on a few accounts recently
