Need help!!I register new amazon seller account

I register seller amazon account. and after account done amazon will ask for verify utility bill on all account. This case I submit all uility bill but never approval.

Why amazon ask uitility bill??

Last time I never got this problem but now got on all account.

The shop was deemed too high risk and even a bill submitted would not reactivate

Lots of variables can cause it, the big ones are IP, VCC, system setup etc.

Recently I had an amazon account that was approved, then as soon as I listed items they asked for utility bill, is that a failed account to?

I made using IP burger Residential IP. What do you think could have triggered it?

Also do you recommend creating account with VPS + Ip burger? Can it work

Or is vmware + IPBurger better?
