How to report sellers to AZ USA
 
I've had 4 counterfeit without test buy complaints in the last month from the same person. The 1st took about 10 days and got removed with POA, LOA and invoice and photos of product. 4 days later same person reports 2 more. Send in the same and AZ clears it overnight. 2 nights ago the a-hole reports the 1st product again. Send in the usual and AZ clears it overnight.
The issue is the complaining company (BB systems) and the seller of record of all 3 items (Chewys toy chest) are both the same. AZ seller page shows Chewys business name as BB Systems and the same address as BB systems website.
It looks like they are trying to remove competition.

Now I get an email away from AZ website from National sporting goods (NSGproducts seller name) wanting invoice sent to compliance @ their website. Do a quick search and NSG is just a store, website, and AZ seller. Contact NSG through their website to see if they are an authorized distributor or a wholesaler. Answer-only wholesaler.

How can we report these aggressive greedy aholes to AZ, and when the hell did AZ let sellers pull this crap?
BB Systems is a side business to help online sellers reach various platforms and product contacts.

Lastly, our Distributor has checked with both manufacturers, and neither know either of these idiots.

it's amazon, they won't stop this behaviour....

And I think you're just being attacked by competitors.

Likely competitors and all you can really do is keep reporting it and having clear evidence each time you do

Agreed, it is competitors. But how can AZ allow competitors to complain directly to AZ?
Also saw on the AZ forums that you can report to complaints @ AZ dot com for things like this.
Do not want to start a war, as nobody wins in a war. Would prefer just a couple of warning shots across the bow.

Regretfully, the more sellers, the more egotistical aholes show up.

You can complain. Nothing will happen. Or something will happen if you randomly get the right person on the right day.

Just wanted to update. After the 7th complaint in 7 weeks from the same person (3 of which were doubled up on the same ASIN as previous), I got to talk to someone at AZ. After an hour on the phone with her, she agreed that something looked wrong. So she started an investigation.

3 days later and 3 more complaints from the same seller.

3 days after that, I reached someone else at AZ. Spend 1.5 hours with him and he was actually english speaking without accent.
During that time, he checked on the investigation and found that 6 hrs earlier they agreed that something was amiss, and kicked it up the chain.

3 hours later and the 3 remaining complaints that I had yet to clear up were removed by AZ.

No email from them, but I got the items back into the buy box, repriced at lower minus 10 cents, just to piss this guy off.

It's been 3 weeks now and no further complaints, so sometimes the good guys can win!!!
