Need advice on addresses for invoices

It's been a while since I've been here. So any help is appreciated.
I've had a legitimate Amazon account up and running since 2012 although I'm now in a position where I need to supply 'invoices'.
I know what I need to do although I need some advice.
I recently updated my address on my Amazon account as I moved home. The dates of the invoices they require would have been sent to the old address although when they check the invoices and cross-reference the addresses, will they take into consideration the date the address changed, or will they simply look at the address on file and say addresses do not match?
As the complaint was in the past, the invoices will be in the past, which (should) mean the invoices were sent to the previous address.
I need to get this right to not raise any alarm bells, so any advice is appreciated.
