Amazon stealth account!

I want to sell pesticides. I am planning to buy amazon usa account. Are stealth accounts any risk? Because the price of the account is very expensive.
Are there any tax problems?

Pesticides?? That's a highly restricted category and you need approval for sure.
And yes, USA accounts are the ones that can sell them.

I'm foreigner. I use a stealth account, does amazon collect taxes from the account holders or collect taxes directly on the account balance?

No, they'll send the 1099 to your account and report it to IRS.

Foreigner as in you live in USA with a tax ID ?

Or you are outside of USA using USA account?
