Default Need advice on purchased Amazon Account

Hello, I purchased an Amazon account from a seller on site here and everything was well. A few months ago Amazon requested an identity verification on that account. The seller has not been the most helpful in rectifying that issue. What is my best course of action for resolving this matter?

Hello

You should get hold of a Moderator or Aspkin and report the problem you getting, as I believe these accounts were supposed to have been verified before purchasing them.

FYI, Amazon tends to do this on inactive accounts, so make sure that it's active for a few months the moment you receive it.

Ah yeah inactivity is basically the kiss of death for pro shops due to the pro fees every month

If there's no sales in the first 30-60 days shops get downgraded to individual which often means they have to go through re-verification when they get upgraded back to pro

Still not sure if you got the shop from us but if you did the starter guide that comes with the shop should have a big warning about inactivity at the start and then also a little more detailed breakdown of how to operate the shop for the first few weeks to keep it healthy

If this one came from us reach out via email and maybe we can do a discount on a replacement depending on the exact status of your shop

Moderators have not been responsive in an effort to assist me in this matter.

Additionally I can confirm the account was not completely inactive due to 1-4 items selling per month.

Amazon is requesting that a Video Verification is completed in regards to the purchased account. But I do not have sufficient documentation to complete that process & obvious, I'm not the person listed on the account.

If anyone specializes in solving this type of issue please reach out to me. Thank you.

no one will resolve this issue , amazon usually ask for some kind of verification every year so it is high unlikely that any seller would help unless a problem arises within a very short period of time after sale

for this very reason it is better to open a few accounts but using details of people you have available so that any verification could be dealt with

the truth is that amazon do not need smaller sellers anymore so their conditions became extremely hostile

I've been talking to the seller of the account for damn near 6 months. The only thing me publicly telling you the seller would do is contribute to drama. I'm not here for that.

I've considered this as well. Whats the most secure way to execute multiple video verifications?

Only one seller sells accounts on this forum and you still not mentioned where you bought account from then why you asking other to help you

Good luck account is gone and funds no matter where you purchased the account
