Amazon stealth account
 

HEY EVERYONE
I live in south Carolina but I REGISTER my llc in new mexico and I used an agent address for my llc
are that ok or I need this company to register with a new address never used before to go through the tax interview for the Amazon Stealth account

It's best to get a unique address for Amazon stealth. If another person used your registered agents address and got suspended, that's one way to link you.

Not saying you'll 100% get suspended, but it isn't a risk I think you should take

I MEAN , I did register my llc with incfile and they offer me a company address because i do not live in new mexico

Oh I see... Just to be on the safe side, if your company registered under this address, (assuming the address is new) then match everything with the new address.

If you want to be very precise about it, I'd match everything.

I'm very meticulous so I go the extra mile. Most people don't...

I did register s corp with EIN , SO DO I SIGN THE AMAZON TAX INTERVIEW WITH THE COMPANY NAME , BY THE WAY MY ACCOUNT UNDER PERSON NAME NOT UNDER A BUISSNESS NAME

If account is under person name, then you would work with that info
