Counterfeit Amz want invoices
 

3 items were set to inactive for us because buyers claim the item is not genuine amazon now wants invoices from the supplier but we cannot send invoices because we manufacture our products ourselves and are manufacturers we should also create an action plan in 72 hours or our account will be blocked

what do we do best now? articles are sold under our brand name, but it is not registered already tried to send creative invoices but they didnt accepted because they dont know the supplier

You need to tell them that you ARE the manufacturer and you show them your website, business certificate etc.

Most likely your competitor is the one that is being a total jerk and just wanna take you down.

I also recommend you start doing brand registry

provide proof you are owner/manufacturer and it should be an easy appeal/reinstatement

We have already written an appeal said that we are manufacurer Send them pictures from Our Machines and workplace but They just Send back They want invoices.... Feels like speaking with an robot

Send them invoices for the blank shirts you buy in, the decal materials/costs etc. Not sure why you felt the need to get creative.

Should be an easy one to appeal if you're legit but have to accept you need to humour them with their requests in a format they want.

Amazon see a lot of sellers using third party print-on-demand dropshipping services. They don't like that.....

Ok thanks I'll try again. Can you somehow prevent this? It's not possible that the items will be blocked directly just because a customer complained about the authenticity. Last year I had no problems with it at all, but lately it's been piling up

First things first. Get your appeal in place with genuine invoices which tally with your business model.

No account means no need to worry about what happens in the future....

Amazon has been brutal with competitor complaints. It is to the point they really need to address how they handle "consumer complaints"

I testet this myself bougth an product from an competitor Send back and claimed as ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Few hours later seller was blocked from listing wtf
