How to get customer number / amazon business
 

We received an order from Amazon business.

In contacts, they provide shipping information, but there is no phone number.

Amazon ordered a large product (fridge) and for this type of shipment, we must provide the customer's phone number to contact at the time of delivery.

In order details about the customer we only see this:

Also shipping details.

We asked Amazon support, but unfortunately, they don't know what to do. We already had to cancel more than 10 orders because of that.

Does anyone have a similar issue or could advise what to do?

Reach out to the customer to ask them for a phone number?

Given that it's highly unlikely they wont be able to deliver or the phone number would be required, I'd simply google the address and stick in any number that popped up.
