Computer / IP Question
 

Hi Team,

Just bought a new computer and I was wondering the following:

I want to use the new computer on my old wifi (previously suspended), but will never sign into my new AMZ account while connect to that wifi.

From there when I do need to sign into my AMZ, I have a mobile hotspot ready to go so I would disconnect from regular wifi and then use mobile for AMZ sign-in's. After I am done, I would disconnect from AMZ and just go back to regular wifi. Would this work?

I only have a limited data plan and physical space so using the laptap with regular wifi will help with day-to-day things.

Should be fine, but instead of using the same laptop/computer on your home wifi you should get a separate cheap laptop/tablet for just the amazon shop that is always permanently connected to the hotspot and doesn't have the home wifi even saved

That way you'll never accidentally make the mistake and lose your Amazon shop for being connected to the wrong router

That'll be fine as long as you don't run another amazon ACC on it.

I will absolutely not sign in with any other Amazon account on that computer or sign in while on that previous network.

Will always make the change from old/browsing IP, connect to Mobile, and use a fresh incognito browser too (if that even does much).
