Vcc and address verification

Dear Amazon fellows, I got 2 accounts that got me mad, not able to verify address. Amazon keeps rejecting address docs..
is it because credit cards I try to use are not under the same name of amz holder? Or is it because of forged address bill?
Any suggestions.

I believe it’s your buyers accounts, it’s nothing to do with your vps
It’s new account and you placed an order with large amount, provide them what they asking and it should be fine

Very less chances for recovery if that’s the case it’s something triggered in your account setup
You can provide bank statement for the address verification

If they are not accepting the bill its because the shop is deemed too 'high risk'

Being deemed 'high risk' can be a combination of high risk IP (like VPS) and non matching AVS billing and several other things

You'll have to start over if they already denied your bill several times

If you're in the UK, get a hotspot and add a VCC with matching billing to have the lowest risk profile

I got 50 verified sellers and then on all of them they are asking utility bill after activation.

I used ip burger Residential IP.

I used India address and Id.

So is it the case that what's triggering it is my vcc or is it country?

Its your country India is already deemed high risk just like Ukraine / others

Besides that all foreign countries since last month have been getting video verification requests after utility bill verification

It could be due to the holiday season or it could be new changes, try again in Jan/Feb

remember this they can just go "that time of the month" and for no logic or fair reason whatsoever decides against you.
