Amazon request video interview on my account, anything I can do?
 

Amazon is asking for a video interview on a stealth account, any idea on what I should do? The guy who sold me the account currently isn't answering.

my options are: completely close the account.

- change the name and address on everything and do the video interview with that.

- make an official ownership transfer to one of my companies and show amazon the purchase agreement. Do the video interview with that.

Any advice would be really helpful.

Video request can happen for several reasons, but majority of the time they can be completely avoided

But you need a solid stable shop and you gotta keep your shop in excellent seller metrics. The cheap shops you find for sale online are typically not the solid stable types of shops so you're already at a disadvantage

You can only re-verify video verification with the original shop information and the seller is likely not going to be able to help you with that which is why he isn't responding

You'll need to move onto another shop -- try going with a more solid provider. You can find postal/video verified shops that have already been video verified as well

The shop metrics were excellent, and any stealth shop is not "solid".

Video verification is quite common these days account is gone move on create account yourself

the foreign info shops will get scrutinized more often and get flagged more for invoices. They're also way harder to appeal suspensions with bills in random foreign countries

I got many customers that used to go the foreign route before switching over to full usa shops. Give them a try if you haven't already :)

From telegram, but like I said: the shops that I buy here are not that long lasting either and have their own issues.

The stealth shop that I have that lasted the longest is one that I created myself, Non-US shop with international info and never had any issues.

Of course created yourself is always best and safer option since you know inside out

It’s big risk running Amazon account where you can’t prove the ownership you will not only loose your account aswell as money inside your account and FBA stock

It’s win win for Amazon
