I have in my Amazn USA marketplace my funds freezed because I was told by amazn that I received restraining order (tro ) for tradmrk by a company and they can't do nothing ,anyone knows how this works and what is the best option to do for getting release it?

You mean you got a suspension because of copyright issues?

Unless you can prove that you are allowed to sell these items by the owner company, it's done.

As above, unless the complainant confirms to Amazon that they no longer have a grievance with you, which we all know won't happen, then the funds are gone.

I guess if you believe that the complainant is wrong and your monies are being wrongly held you could go down the legal route but if it's a stealth account then this ain't an option either and why nobody bothers with it.

Not a suspension ,the account is still active as usual only the funds are frozen because a tempr restr order that was issued by a cour t to hundreds of sellers ,don't understand how they were able to do that as I am not based in Usa and the list in question do not have the trademark in the title description and photos

I received the same thing...it happened to 100s of sellers across multiple platforms for copyright infringement. They froze my PayPal funds. Probably Christmas crackdown

Yessssssssss...I received a restraining order during the same time...I received a list with sellers that infringed on copyright including Amazon, Walmart, shopify sellers etc...my funds were frozen...my post is relevant.
