Adding users on stealth accounts
 

Hello,
I have a team of VAs that all have separate user permissions on my seller account.

I am opening another account (stealth account) and want to know if I give them user permissions for that account also will amazon make a connection between them and suspend my accounts?

There are VAs all over the world that make a living working with amazon sellers and have access to different seller accounts through user permissions so I am assuming the answer is no.

What is your experience?
Do you have any advice regarding this matter?

I am trying to figure out the best way to have my team work between accounts without causing any problems.

You better give them a static residential IP just to be used on your account.

Why would I need that?

They already use their own computers to work on my current seller account through user permissions. When they work on my second account they should be able to use the same computer with no problem right?

Some of them already use their computers with other seller's accounts and amazon has never given them or me a problem about that.


Maybe it is becuase these are secondary accounts under the main account?

Generally its pretty safe as long as they're using unique emails per user permission and not sharing same user permission access to multiple accounts

When user permission starts getting shared between multiple accounts I've seen linking problems

I would say try to reduce the amount of people with user access to 1/2 max to reduce risk

It’s safe but I still don’t recommend since Amazon is crazy when it’s comes to security and giving access to your account multiple people never a good idea even through secondary user
