Hi guys

amazon closing accounts for vtr

we are selling small large letters items using stamps

however customers filing a t z claims


how can i show tracking ???

Any help work arounds this?

If you are using stamps, you have no tracking to show.

Yes i have tried explaining this however my VTR keeps going down

and then customers say they haven't received and i have to provide tracking details to Amazon

Even tho out of 100 customers 98% receive small minority keep items and send claims

Is there a workaround surely someone knows???

If 2% of your items are going missing, there is an issue in how you send.

it is likely a problem with royal mail , they have delays on a regular basis

at least within the UK using tracking is a good idea but even there they still have delays , I ordered a couple of items from ebay and had to wait for over a week despite sellers providing tracking immediately
