Need help with amazon opt

Computer crashed, trying transfer everything over from the HD.. still seeing me as a new machine when i try to login it requests 2 step.. i dont have access to phone.... is there anyway to transfer the cookie? I transferred chrome data.. but that wasn't enough.. any help would be appreciated..

hopefully others will comment - i have used edge for a bit then logged into chrome...just my own experience for new machine use

Once they've asked for 2SV then restoring cookies etc will not override this.

You need to ring them and get a new phone number added and also get an authenticator in place. Amazon are rolling out verification for EVERY log in so you'll need one or the other.
