I have an account that was suspended for Inauthentic claim. Reinstatement appeals took many turns and were all rejected (over 20 times). Reinstatement button still is there.

Reinstatement would obviously be most ideal. I am hoping at least disbursement is possible. Over 6 months have past since the suspension and I have avoided requesting disbursement because I'm unsure of what to expect, and don't want to be sloppy with the approach.

Anyone who can help here, I'd appreciate it. Certainly willing to pay for services, if there is hope here.

Wanted to follow up on this. Any hope for this?

suspension due to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items usually they'll keep the money

they will pay out if account is verified , if they think it is stealth they will keep the money

with real accounts they are fearful of seizing the funds because they can be taken to court. even if suspension was for counterfeit items they do not have any proof for that but with a stealth account they always keep the money

I wouldn't be appealing with the same info to keep getting rejected (20x excessive)

Work with new distributors or invoices if they are rejecting the current appeal

As Saijin said, the account and money are gone. They will not release funds under any circumstances now.

Time to move on and start again.

Verified or not, stealth or not if it's due to fraud / copyright stuff they'll keep your money

Hi, my Amazon account was suspended a year ago in UK marketplace and Amazon refused to give money back, the account is under my company name, do you know how to get money back?

with legit amazon accounts you can demand return of the money from amazon , it does not matter what led to suspension , they just suspend people as they like and do not have any proof that would hold in court

customer complaints do not matter , if they suspend you for bad performance or copyright issues this does not allow them to keep the money if you can prove items were delivered. the account must be 100% legit though

Again, this isn't true... copyright issue = they'll keep your money. They can and they have.
