Your business user account has been converted to a personal Amazon.com account. You can still use this account as a consumer, but you will no longer be able to access Amazon Business benefits.

I don't wanna thread jack but what exactly is a business account? Everything I buy says something like "using a business account you would save 5% on this item".

Are there any minimum quantities required? Even if I buy one? It's silly but I don't wanna just jump and and risk any adverse reactions to my legit accounts.

some items have lower prices and its more safe than personal

The only real benefit of an Amazon business account is if you are selling on there, as those accounts can get the buy box, personal sellers will be bottom of the list on a shared listing and a listing made by you will not get good search engine placing.

Have you ever tried to search for an item using a Prime account and a non prime account?you get different results.
say you search for toothbrush,the prime shows one price with free shipping,and the non prime shows a lower price with shipping,
