Wyoming LLC

I am opening a wyoming LLC. The only thing I am worried about is my registered agent may have other amazon sellers working with them. These other sellers will share the same business address as me.

What is your experience with opening a Wyoming LLC? Have you had any problems with account linking because of it?

I'm assuming you are not in Wyoming and what is this registered agent?

if I were you I'd open a mailbox from a private business so you have a unique address and use that as primary address

No, get it from a private single company / store who offers mail forwarding.

So I am guessing you just contact local stores/businesses and ask if they can forward mail for a fee?

You would be ideally putting a mailbox that you are renting as your new "unique" address

A ups mailbox address has a unique a unit number. Shouldn't that be fine?

Okay thank you. I saw in another post that you use EIN's for your stealth accounts. Having an EIN is why I am asking about the Wyoming LLC.

When updating the tax information they ask for an EIN or SSN and address. Do you just put the address of the private mailbox here?

I already have a CPA that gets amazon. He doesn't understand stealth accounts and making sure things don't link though.

Odds are whoever you are working with has a mailbox service. As far as I am aware, every single Wyoming registered agent has them.

Account address = Mailbox address.

This is the difficulty with VA and CPA entering your account.
But if it's just a cpa, you can simply download the tax form from amazon and give it to him. He doesn't need to access your amazon ACC.

You will have your own separate address. Just like a UPS store, PO box or industrial park, office building or Apartment building. Same address, different unit number.

So it's ok to use the Registered Agent's address (the one they assign you) but NOT a virtual mailbox address?

I never use a virtual anything. I like using something tangible... something that's physical and I can touch it.
