What's the benefit of a Wyoming LLC?
 

I need to open a company for a new stealth account. I've seen a few threads recommending opening an LLC in Wyoming. Curious why there of all places?

Its just pretty cheap and you save on tax

I am pretty sure you do not save on tax unless you live there. You still have an obligation to pay state taxes for the state that you live in. Correct me if I am wrong.

No it doesn’t state that unless your primary residence is in Wyoming

So do you use a registered agent in WY and enter their address on Amazon? Or you enter your own address in the state you reside in? Or get a virtual mailbox in WY?

Awesome that's how I did it last time, my problem is I'm afraid to use the same Registered Agent company because I'm sure it will have the exact same address (with a suite number different at the end) but it may throw a red flag when Amazon probably had 200 sellers all registered at the same address with different mailboxes/suites? I'm sure any registered agent companies we can find already have many Amazon Sellers using them?

These sellers have the same EXACT address without a suite number. It probably throws up a red flag of some sort but I have not run into any problems yet.
